The educational internship program for managers and specialists is an educational program that ensures that managers and specialists master new methods, technologies, and elements of professional activity. The norms of this Code do not apply to internships required for holding positions of employees and provided for by legislative acts (paragraph 5 of Article 248 of the Education Code of the Republic of Belarus) In 2023 (from October 16 to October 20), leading scientists and teachers of higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan were trained under the internship program. Among the students are representatives of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Sh. Kabylbayev, as well as the Sorbonne-Kazakhstan Institute of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. The internship was organized within the framework of the research topic "Measures to counteract the commission of certain types of offenses by chipping certain categories of persons", funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
