On May 31, 2024, the Institute held a graduation of a group of advanced training students in the program "Administrative liability for offenses against the procedure for the use of fuel and energy resources.

The lecturers of the program were experts in the field of administrative law and the practice of its application from among the representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the Minsk City Court, teachers of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Law Faculty of the Educational Institution of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus "International University "MITSO".

We invite interested persons to study under the educational program for advanced training "Administrative liability for offenses against the procedure for the use of fuel and energy resources".

Dates of advanced training:

from 14.10.2024 to 18.10.2024; from 02.12.2024 to 06.12.2024.

On May 29, 2024, the Director of the Institute, Professor Oksana Zdrok, presented a report on the topic "Modern understanding and current issues of implementing the adversarial principle in civil proceedings of the Republic of Belarus" at the International practice-oriented discussion platform "Problems of applying the adversarial principle in civil proceedings", organized by the Higher School of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The event was held as part of the implementation of the Work Plan of the Consortium of organizations of near and far abroad countries engaged in training, professional retraining and (or) advanced training of judges and civil servants for 2024.
