On December 17, 2021, a meeting of the Council of the educational institution «Institute for Retraining and Qualification Upgrading of Judges, Prosecutors and Legal Professionals at the Belarusian State University» was held.
The report «Results of the Research Work of the Educational Institution «Institute for Retraining and Qualification Upgrading of Judges, Prosecutors and Legal Professionals at the Belarusian State University» in 2021» was made by the Deputy Director of the Institute for Scientific and Methodological Work Associate Professor Leshchenko S.K.
Members of the Council took an active part in the discussion of the report.
Director of the Institute Professor Godunov V.N. presented the Work Plan of the educational institution «The Institute for Retraining and Qualification Upgrading of Judges, Prosecutors and Legal Professionals at the Belarusian State University» for 2022.
Results of the stage of research work on the topic «The Practice of Justice and Law Enforcement as a Basis for Improving Legislation in the Context of the Regularities of the National Legal System» were considered at the meeting of the Council.
