On May 5, 2021, the Head of the Department of Prosecutor Work of the Institute, Associate Professor L.L. Zaytseva, took part in the round table «Restorative Justice Through the Prism of Restorative Mediation», which was organized by the Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers and the Center «Mediation and Law» together with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. L.L. Zaytseva made a presentation «Modern Trends in Criminal Proceedings Against Minors – Restorative Mediation and Ways to Include it in the Legislation».
