Institute for Retraining and Qualification Upgrading of Judges, Prosecutors and Legal Professionals at the Belarusian State University is preparing for publication the next issue of the collection of scientific papers «Justice and Law Enforcement: Legislation and Application of Law».

We invite authors to publish articles on the following topics:

1. Topical issues of the activities of courts, prosecution, investigation and justice bodies;
2. Issues of legal regulation of public relations in the field of civil, family, labor, financial and environmental law;
