On April 26, 2024, 68 trainees successfully completed studying in the professional development program “Real Estate Services” at the Institute for retraining and qualification upgrading of judges, prosecutors and legal professionals at the Belarusian State University.
The program has reviewed actual practical problems of application of Civil, Housing, Criminal Legislation; the basics of business communication and the specifics of communication with consumers of real estate services; issues of land legislation in professional activities; legislation of the Republic of Belarus on the state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it and the scope of its application, as well as the procedure for notarization of real estate transactions.
