On May 8, the delegation of the public association "Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers" laid flowers at the sculptural composition "Gates of Memory", located in the Trostenets Memorial Complex.
The event on the laying of flowers to the sculptural composition “Gate of Memory”, located in the memorial complex “Trostenets”, was attended by the chairman of the “Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers” of the Institute Tatiana Punko.
Valery Mickevich, Chairman of the Union of Jurists, Head of the Secretariat of the all-Belarus National Assembly, noted that Victory Day is not only a date in the calendar, it is a symbol of heroism, dedication and unity of our people.
The participants of the ceremony observed a minute of silence for those who died in battle and were tortured in captivity. A tour of the memorial complex “Trostenets” was also held for representatives of the Law Union.
