On April 30, 2024, the head of the department of prosecutorial activity, Lyudmila Zaitseva, took part in the republican educational and methodological seminar “Issues of the practice of applying a preventive measure in the form of detention, the institution of exemption from criminal liability at the stages of pre-trial proceedings and other topical issues of supervision over the implementation of the law by preliminary authorities investigation”, organized by the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus.
Lyudmila Zaitseva made a presentation “The powers of the prosecutor to release a person from criminal liability on the basis of Part 1 Article 30 of the Code of Criminal Procedure”.
